In this challenging role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the EDIE agenda within the NHS Trust. This involves ensuring alignment with the NHS People Promise and national priorities. You will lead projects, facilitate training, and monitor progress against EDIE objectives.

You will collaborate with staff networks, HR, and external organisations to enhance equity and inclusion. This includes providing leadership and support for EDIE projects and services, analysing workforce data to inform strategic decision-making, and managing staff networks, supervising team members, and overseeing EDIE-related activities.

We are looking for an individual with highly developed specialist knowledge of Workforce Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion matters, as well as a strong background in relevant EDIE legislative and policy frameworks.
