Specialist Teaching Assistant Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in developing and implementing personalized learning plans for deaf students
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants in delivering high-quality educational support

Requirements:

  • Degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with deaf children and young people
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • BSL level 2 qualification or equivalent
