Part-time Teaching Assistant SEND Required
Salary Range: £23,657 - £24,404 (part-time pro rata)
Job OverviewThis teaching assistant role supports students with special educational needs, enabling them to access the national curriculum and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SEND pupils in accessing curriculum subjects and developing literacy and numeracy skills.
- Encourage positive behaviour, promote self-esteem, and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan lessons, evaluate pupil progress, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Participate in professional development, adhere to school policies, and maintain confidentiality regarding pupils and staff.
