We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Consultant to join our team in Winchester. As a Consultant in our Pensions Administration department, you will have the opportunity to further your career and make a meaningful contribution to our clients' success.
About the Role
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that client management is aligned with our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate work produced by junior team members, ensuring accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance matters, including updating standard letters and maintaining knowledge of legislative changes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest legislative issues, client-specific changes, and scheme events, ensuring well-planned and resourced solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport with their contacts.
- Identify opportunities to present new commercial opportunities, understand client fee basis, and develop an understanding of their attitude towards fees.
- Manage monthly billing, monitor project budgets, and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and represent the department across the wider business.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through training and information sharing, promoting best practices and expertise.
