We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for processing pension claims, managing pension records, and providing excellent customer service to our members and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process pension claims and manage pension records
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and employers
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth administration of pensions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pension schemes and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve the administration of pensions
