Job Title: CNC Machine Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Engineer to provide technical support and advice to customers and engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and engineers via phone, email, and remote access
  • Process spare and replacement parts orders and enquiries from engineers and customers
  • Investigate and resolve technical queries over the phone
  • Maintain and update field service engineer work schedules and plan customer visits
  • Process engineer job sheets and update CRM system
  • Maintain training records and book training for engineers as needed
  • Attend occasional machine breakdowns and installations with field service engineers

Requirements:

We are looking for a competent multi-skilled engineer with a strong electrical bias and experience with automated machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
