We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Disability Assessor to join our team in Scunthorpe. As a Hybrid Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing comprehensive reports to support patients' needs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current, unrestricted NMC/HCPC registration">
  • A minimum 1-year post-registration UK experience in nursing, paramedicine, physiotherapy, or occupational therapy">
  • Strong report writing and communication skills">
  • Excellent organisation and time management">
  • Proficiency in typing and IT systems">
