Join Our Team as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

At Park Plaza, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests. As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, bars, and room service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
