As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotels' restaurants, bars, and room service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service teams.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in all food and beverage operations.
  • Assist with budgeting and cost control to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service and products.
