Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our food and beverage services, including breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels, ensuring minimal waste and optimal efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets, contributing to the overall success of our food and beverage operations.
  • Share our company values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel is essential.
