About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, including breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating between the kitchen and service teams, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage services
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards
