Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our Hospitality team at Ivy Court, Doncaster. As a Cook, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Monitor stock levels, maintain effective stock rotation, and place orders as required.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver person-centred hospitality to our residents.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a catering environment.
  • NVQ 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent.
  • Food Hygiene level 2.
  • Team Player.
  • Understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
