About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to support individuals in achieving their occupational goals.
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients with complex needs, using evidence-based and client-centered principles.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive service.
- Participate in service development projects and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Trust OT Service.
- Act as a Disability Champion and promote the contribution of occupational therapy as a valuable resource.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration to practice in the UK.
- Experience of working in a mental health setting and carrying a caseload.
- Ability to work autonomously and set own priorities.
