We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to recover and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals with complex mental health needs, using evidence-based and client-centered principles.
- Manage a caseload of clients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions to promote recovery and social inclusion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including Recovery Support Workers and Employment Specialists, to enhance vocational outcomes for clients.
- Participate in service development projects, contributing to the maintenance and development of the Trust's Occupational Therapy Service.
- Advocate for and promote the contribution of Occupational Therapy as a valuable resource in supporting individuals with mental health needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.Registration to practice in the UK.Experience of working in a mental health setting, with a caseload of clients with complex needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.-
