About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at Bristol Harbour Hotel. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the night shift team and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Manage the front desk and handle guest queries and complaints
  • Conduct regular checks of the hotel and its facilities to ensure that they are secure and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the night shift operations
