Key Responsibilities- Assist the Night Manager in overseeing the night shift, including managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct end-of-night reports, ensuring accurate records and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Perform check-in and check-out processes, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the night porter to maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to Health & Safety protocols, including Fire Safety procedures.
