Assistant Night Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at Bristol Harbour Hotel. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift.
As Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the night shift team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Coordinating the night shift operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services
- Ensuring the hotel's safety and security protocols are followed at all times
- Managing the hotel's inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
Bristol Harbour Hotel is a luxurious 19th-century property located in the heart of Bristol's historic Corn Street. We offer 42 bedrooms, a relaxing subterranean HarSPA, Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, and a speakeasy-inspired Gold Bar. We are one of Bristol's most exceptional meeting and event venues, featuring three impressive, flexible rooms for any meeting, conference, or event up to 400 attendees.
