Academic Psychologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our department as a Psychology educator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychological theories and research methods, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful teaching in a secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Psychology to students and drive excellence in the subject
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialism in Psychology
- Strong understanding of psychological theories and research methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful teaching in a secondary school setting
