Graduate Psychologist Role

Join Ribbons & Reeves Limited, London's leading Education Recruiters, in supporting a supportive Secondary School in Redbridge. As a Graduate Psychologist, you will make a significant impact by supporting students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Work on a 1:1 and small group basis with students with SEN, particularly Autism
* Assist with academic progress and emotional development
* Help with behaviour management in class and around the school
* Collaborate with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans
Requirements:
* 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university
* Previous experience working with SEN children, especially those with Autism
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with special needs
* Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
