About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with vulnerable children and young people with complex needs. This role is ideal for those aspiring to become Educational Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech and Language Therapists.

Key Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with therapists, providing practical support and help to children and young people with challenging behavior profiles. Your role will involve identifying risks, supporting needs, and escalating to senior staff members when necessary. You will also play a key role in providing consistency, equipping children with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believing they can succeed in life.

Requirements: We are looking for graduates of social science, youth studies, psychology, criminology, or similar fields. However, we also consider non-graduates who possess sincerity, compassion, enthusiasm, and inspiration. You must be able to listen to students, respect their boundaries, and adhere to the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy.
