Role Overview:
As a Graduate Psychologist, you will work on a 1:1 and small group basis with students with SEN, particularly Autism. Your responsibilities will include assisting with academic progress and emotional development, as well as helping with behaviour management in class and around the school. You will collaborate with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans.

Key Requirements:
1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university. Previous experience working with SEN children, especially those with Autism. Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting students with special needs. Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management.
