SEN Support Assistant

As a Graduate Psychologist, you will be working in a supportive Secondary School in Redbridge, contributing to the academic progress and emotional development of students with special educational needs, particularly Autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with SEN in a 1:1 and small group setting
- Collaborate with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans
- Support behaviour management in class and around the school
Requirements:
- 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a leading UK university
- Previous experience working with SEN children, especially those with Autism
- Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management
