About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential lettings team at Connells in Chippenham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving license
