Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Listing Specialist to join our team at Allen & Harris, a leading estate agency with a rich history and a strong presence in the UK market.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market, while ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Provide outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Hold a Full UK driving license

Requirements

  • Estate agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent looking for progression
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
