Lettings Property Lister

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Lister to join our team in Chippenham. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport

Requirements

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
