Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to secure new lettings opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancies to secure long-term rentals
  • Maximize branch income and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or sales negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
