We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our exceptional residential Lettings team in Chippenham as a Lettings Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate valuations and conduct viewings to identify potential clients.
  • Negotiate agreements and oversee lets to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven track record in target-driven environments, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and IT systems, with a valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
