Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

What We're Looking For:
  • Estate Agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
