As a Corporate Responsibility Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating the business value of Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Sustainable Development (SD) issues. You will work closely with internal departments and partner organizations to secure their commitment to our charitable CR programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CR and SD issues, with a commercial perspective. They will be able to develop further understanding of business-specific CR and SD issues and have project management experience. Excellent written and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role will involve volunteering and fundraising, community investment, reporting, and communications. You will be responsible for planning, recruiting, training, implementing, and evaluating volunteering activity, as well as capturing relevant data for reporting purposes. You will also support the development of CR policy and strategy, keep records of activities for benchmarking purposes, and work with colleagues to plan and deliver local events.
