Job Title: Reception and Hospitality Host

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Reception and Hospitality Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming hospitality to clients and their guests
  • Assist with the running of internal and external meetings, including audio-visual equipment and technical support
  • Work closely with the Guest Service team and F&B team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their teams to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate customer service or reception operation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and audio-visual equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
