Job Summary

Eversana Management Consulting is seeking a Strategic Partnership Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead and advise client engagements across our markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Support the development of junior team members by coaching and expanding their skillset.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree(s) highly preferred.
  • 8+ years of project leadership and management experience at a consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated strong track record of success in selling and leading the delivery of strategy consulting engagements to life sciences companies.
  • A strong understanding of dynamics and issues in the biopharma industry.
