Facilities Services Coordinator - Corporate Office
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team at THE CHARALLE GROUP. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for all aspects of facilities and general office services, including post and office supplies, building management, internal moves, and maintaining stationery supplies.
We are looking for a reliable and punctual individual with excellent customer service skills, who can think on their feet and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience in a corporate office environment and be ambitious and keen to learn and grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for facilities and general office services
- Manage post and office supplies
- Assist with building management and internal moves
- Maintain stationery supplies
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recent experience in a corporate office environment
