Facilities Services Coordinator - Corporate Office
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team at THE CHARALLE GROUP. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities manager, including managing office supplies, coordinating internal moves, and maintaining stationery supplies.
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can think on their feet and is a true team player. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate office services background and be ambitious and keen to learn and grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and stationery
- Coordinate internal moves and relocations
- Provide administrative support to the facilities manager
- Assist with facilities helpdesk queries
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate office services background
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with excellent customer service skills
