We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our bank team as a Lead Bank position. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in developing services that enhance the lives of our residents.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location considerations.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver high-quality care plans. You'll also administer and record medication, carry out risk assessments, and work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Case managing residents to identify and meet their unique needs
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
  • Administering and recording medication accurately and safely
  • Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures
  • Working closely with care assistants to provide comprehensive support to residents

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
