Job Description

Care UK is a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will lead and supervise your shift, case manage residents, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.

You will administer medication, carry out risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to ensure residents receive the best possible care. We are looking for someone who is well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively.

Our estimated salary range for this role is £29,500 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Career development, training, and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
