About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Assistant to join our team in New Forest. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Extra Care Schemes, delivering compassionate and person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

As a Care Assistant, you will be flexible to cover available shifts across 4 Extra Care Schemes: 2 in New Milton, 1 in Lymington, and 1 in Totton.

To succeed in this role, you will have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
