Care Services Lead

As a highly skilled and experienced Care Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Extra Care services across two locations in the beautiful New Forest. Your key objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional care while supporting their independence in their own homes.
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care services. You will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals and ensuring compliance with all regulatory care standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £36,120 per annum, plus the potential to earn an extra £4,400 with on-call duties. You will also receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a generous Refer a Friend bonus scheme, and a Free Blue Light Card for discounts at top retailers.
