Autism Care Specialist

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team and provide specialist support to individuals with autism and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and resilient individual to make a real difference in people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and caring nature, a valid full UK manual driving license, and be comfortable driving alternative vehicles. They will also be able to work on a shift rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
The salary for this role is £25,350 per annum, plus benefits, including paid induction, overtime paid over 37 hours, and flexible working arrangements. We also provide fully paid essential training, funded professional qualifications, and opportunities for career development and progression.
