Founded in 1915, we have over a century of experience providing the best care to our veterans.

Our mission is to help our members achieve their goals and maximise their independence and wellbeing.

  • This role involves supporting our members in Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.
  • You will carry out risk assessments and identify the needs of individuals and how to meet them.
  • Providing a member-led service, you will collaboratively plan and oversee the delivery of specialist interventions, wellbeing programmes, rehabilitation events and other activities.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities to maximise their independence and wellbeing.
  • Experience and knowledge of completing comprehensive, holistic assessments.
  • Experience delivering remote and face-to-face services.

The estimated salary for this position is £22 per annum.
