At Tom Ford, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a key member of our luxury brand team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure seamless store operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
