Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at Intumescent Systems Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential customers via telephone and email.
- Manage customer interactions, including taking enquiries, entering data into our CRM system, and sending correspondence as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to perform administrative tasks.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
