We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across our organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, providing a warm welcome to our office.
  • Manage all administration, correspondence, and typing of letters, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate the distribution of company literature and brochures to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including Architects, Building Surveyors, Site Managers, and Contractors.
  • Update our in-house CRM system and input data onto Excel, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Work closely with the sales team, forwarding customer enquiries for quotations and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Respond to all telephone and email enquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £24,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with one hour for lunch.
  • 28 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail.
