We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests, dealing with all administration, correspondence, and typing letters. They will also be responsible for sending out company literature and brochures to existing and prospect clients, dealing with a diverse range of customers, and updating our in-house CRM system. Additionally, they will work closely with the sales team, forwarding on customer enquiries for quotations and answering all telephone and email enquiries. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, good verbal and written communication skills, and be confident in their telephone manner. They will also have good attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent administrative skills. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and under pressure, with good time management and organisation skills. They will also be competent in all Microsoft Office packages and able to work well in a team with others in a busy office environment. Benefits include a salary of £24,000 p/a, 28 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), a workplace pension, and free on-site parking. The successful candidate will also receive annual salary reviews.
