We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with all telephone and email enquiries, as well as offering administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests
  • Deal with all administration, correspondence and typing letters
  • Send out company literature and brochures to existing and prospect clients
  • Deal with a diverse range of customers, including Architects, Building Surveyors, Site Managers and Contractors
  • Update our in-house CRM system and input data onto Excel
  • Work closely with our sales team, forwarding on customer enquiries for quotations
  • Answer all telephone and email enquiries

Benefits:

  • Salary: £24,000 p/a
  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (one hour for lunch)
  • 28 days Annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, good verbal and written communication skills, a confident telephone manner, good attention to detail, confidentiality, excellent administrative skills, be able to work on own initiative and under pressure, have good time management and organisation skills, be competent in all Microsoft Office packages, and be able to work well in a team.

Please note, you will need your own transport due to the location of our company.
