We are currently seeking a talented General Manager to join our team in Preston. As a key leader within our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our leisure club chain.

Key responsibilities include managing the performance of your team, setting objectives and agreeing accountability through regular meetings and training sessions. You will also be responsible for managing targets and KPIs, understanding and influencing opportunities from the profit and loss statement, and creating and managing business plans as required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in management within the fitness industry, preferably as a General Manager or similar role.
