With significant investment fuelling their growth, this newly created position will report directly to the HR Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving recruitment success and supporting the business's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure the business is attracting the best talent for their diverse and dynamic teams.
  • Create and implement diverse recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job adverts to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and successful processes.
  • Offer expert guidance and advice throughout the hiring process.
  • Proactively build the company brand by attending events and relevant marketing.
  • Set up and manage a preferred supplier list.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely feedback at all stages.
  • Build and maintain relevant candidate pools.
  • Enhance the company brand and profile to ensure they are seen as an employer of choice.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience of managing recruitment processes within a diverse organisation.
  • Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong enthusiasm for identifying the right talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
