Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Grounds Maintenance Drivers to join our clients team, working on various contracts across the region, including key highway projects. As part of a two-person team, you'll travel between sites in a fully equipped company vehicle, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate petrol mowers and strimmers to maintain grass and hedges.
  • Perform strimming and clearance on highways, ensuring safety and cleanliness along key routes.
  • Use ride-on mowers for efficient, large-area maintenance.
  • Conduct litter picking and sweeping to keep areas clean and presentable.
  • Manage leaf clearance and gritting during the autumn and winter months.
  • Safely drive a fully equipped company van between various locations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driving Licence: Required for driving the company vehicle.
  • Highways Experience: Previous experience with highways maintenance is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with your team and other stakeholders.
  • Reliability: Dependable with excellent timekeeping skills.
  • Training Provided: Full induction and training will be given to ensure you're well-prepared for the role.
