We are currently seeking graduate cover supervisors to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, gaining valuable experience and skills that will help you succeed in your future career as a teacher.

About the Role
  • As a graduate cover supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students across various subjects, including Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, Ethics and Philosophy/Religious Education, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) and Technology.
  • You will provide a high-quality learning experience for students, differentiating lessons, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils effectively.
Key Requirements
  • A degree in any subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per year.
  • Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
