About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Classroom Leader to join our team at All Faiths Children's Academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of pupils, working closely with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. They will also provide support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.
Key Requirements
- Estimated Salary: £25,546 - £29,477 per annum
- HLTA qualification desirable
- Ability to support teachers in increasing the achievement of all pupils, including those with SEND
