Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Education Assistant to join our team at All Faiths Children's Academy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a passion for supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. They will work closely with class teachers to provide support to pupils, individually or in groups, and help them access the curriculum and participate in learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to pupils, individually or in groups, to access the curriculum and participate in learning
- Work closely with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among pupils
- Cover and lead class teaching across the academy when appropriate, directing the work of other adults supporting learning
